Nice apartment

I lived in two complexes in Sunnyvale, Heritage Park and the Landmark. The Landmark was a much much better experience. When I left the Landmark I had slightly damaged the carpet. I was charged a small amount for this which I felt was more than reasonable. In comparison when I left Heritage Park they made up damage that didn't exist and charged me several hundred dollars for it.
The person above me in the ground floor apartment was a bit noisy and it was sometimes difficult to pickup parcels as the office was often closed, but otherwise I was very happy.
I would recommend the apartment complex if you are happy with the location and the price.
