While the landmark from the outside looks nice I found that the complex is quite old and often has maintenace issues. On moving in my kitchen drawers fell apart, deck wood is rotted, circuit breaker blew in bathroom, leaking faucet, fridge broke. Laundry room had a fire. While the staff seem nice getting anything fixed turns into a lengthy ordeal. Noise from outside is readily transmitted inside the apartment either from people going up the stairs, other apartments or the sirens from the street(alot of emergency vehicles travel the road). The sprinkler head broke once and would go off every morning for 2-3 weeks at 4:30 am. The apartment is definately in need of revamping and updating. I have heard other residents that will move, others have expressed difficulties in getting deposit refunds..we will see.
