Management lies and don't do anything for the current renters.

Management stinks and everytime I go into the office I am told something different. Some residents pay for water and some don't. They would rather have a turn-over than keep the people who have been there for years. They put their money into fixing the "fitness center," which really only had new carpet and painted walls. The bike in there has been broken for years. Not worth the price. There are apartments in the area that offer more for the same or, in some cases, less.
