Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I have live in here 2 years. rate go up each time when lease is up. Water are rusty, and some residents pay for water and some don't,
and water bill are high. One time, the sprinkler broken, it'e not been shut down untill three days later. Guess who pay the water fee' Apt are noise and cold. You can hear people open and close door. and next door's music. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
