Finally moving out of the Landmark. For what is being charged here you can do much better. If I stayed my rent would go up?? For what?? Old cabinets, outside noises? I was told as a tenant if I wanted to use the pool table I would have to leave hundreds of $ in a deposit. Seems to always be plenty of empty units. Really look around before you rent here. This place is dated and the best thing would be to sell it off and replace it with townhouses or condos.
