Not Convinced that New Management is Any Better

One of my biggest complaints about this place is that management is NEVER in the office!!! Ever! This is how it was with Shannon, and this is how it is NOW with new management in place. If you need to speak with them or pick things up (like mail) - forget about it - it's not going to happen. They are supposed to be there 9-6 M-Sat. Never there. Seriously.
There are also lots of really, really, really CREEPY people wondering around day and night - men and women.
The water that comes out of my sink faucet is brown. When I mentioned this to the maintenance they simply said, "it's just rust - the pipes are old". So I pay a $30 water bill each month, but I can't drink the water.
I've also had pest problems - wasps, hornets, spiders.
This place is also really far from fwys and not in the best part of Sunnyvale. With all of the available housing these days, you can find much, much better for much lower prices.
