I have had nothing but great experiences while living here at Landmark. I just recently moved about two months ago and do not regret it. I moved from Texas and shopped around before moving here and I must say it is pathetic out there when it comes to dealing with the staff, they are so rude.

I came in on a weekend and signed up for an apartment immediately, this place was beautiful and the staff was friendly and (actually) knowledgeable. Once I moved in there was one problem in my apartment and it was taken care of instantly. I am not familiar with Sunnyvale yet, however the manager is always willing to print out directions whenever I need it. I love the Landmark and I am so glad that I found this place it feels like a park.

I slightly hear my neighbors upstairs however I can only hear them when I concentrate on it. It is not that bad at all!
