The Landmark

I have been a long time resident at the Landmark. I find it generally a pleasant place to live and mostly quiet. Certainly there can be bad neighbors anywhere who play their stereos too loud and things like that. But the complex is safe, kept clean and well gardened and most of the residents are friendly and courteous if they are informed about any noise problems. With regard to the apartment manager, she is very hard working and always tries to be helpful. In my experience, the current apartment manager has been one of the most pleasant, helpful and friendly. Sometimes there are things that are out of their control and parts need to be ordered or things need to wait until the right contractors can be engaged to fix special items. I have found that if one is patient, they get done as fast as possible. Certainly the manager is willing to keep you informed if you ask about the status, but don't expect them to come to each an every person each day to let you know what is happening. They are far too busy to do that. I am sure they will inform you if they know there is any delay. If one is courteous to the management, I find, that they are courteous back.
