So Im revising my review because management here has really stepped up their game since i've been living here.
All of the lazy and no-knowledge workers in the office are gone...thank god! The ones that are left including the manager are nice and very helpful now. The maintenance guys here are nice too and get things done in a timely manner.
The property is very clean and nicely landscaped. Its pretty quiet except for the occasional neighbor that blasts their music, but most are ok. For some reason though, alot of the people living here are not very friendly...you say 'hi' and they look at you like you're crazy...whats up with that'
On another note, they allow small animals which is awesome. The only bad thing about this is that there are about 3-4 cat owners in the complex that let their cats roam around all the time and one of them jumped out of the bushes and attacked my dog one day. The cats also crap everywhere and of course the owners don't pick up after them because they are not with them. When I complained to the office about this, all they did was put a microscopic note in a community newsletter saying 'please mind your pets when they are outside'....that obviously didn't solve anything because you can't mind your cats when they are outside roaming around by themselves all the time...just keep them inside!!!!!
Anyway, overall I really do like it here and plan to stay if they don't raise the rent next year.
I recommend this place to any quiet, single people or couples....

Rent is still high for a 1bedroom but the first review I had here, I was absoloutely dissapointed with the complex. I'm now warming up to the place, 3months later. They came out and fixed our stovetop/carpet, patched up the holes better and fixed our water pressure in the kitchen. They apologized for the inconvinience and repaired the problems. Leo the repair/maintanance guy is very nice. Parking is still a challenge but otherwise giving LandMark a chance.
