Overall good experience: fair treatment of deposit refund by manager

We stayed for two years in Landmark and recently moved to a place closer to work. We had no problem during our stay there. I cannot speak in general, but personally, had no car break ins, or thefts, a little problem with noise but I guess that will be there in any apartments depending on the neighbours. I would suggest that they improve on the gym equipment.
Also have to add that the manager treated our deposit in a fair manner. And the maintenance people took care of any small issues we had, very promptly. I have no complaints with my stay there. I like that it is at a very close walk from safeway and other shops.
Overall it was great staying in Landmark and I would recommend staying there if you get a good deal on the rent.
