Not Inhabitable

Current tenant.
As the consruction is going on, the apartment is uninhabitable, but they still insist on charging the same premium price.
The staff is robbing me.
The patio is completely out of access, nails and debris flying as I walk up and down the stairs, and have to breathe in air mixed with power thin debris. Huge banging that knocks stuff from my desk. No lights at night at and near stairs, only lighted by distant lights and the moon. Consturction work get to see what my morning is like thought the patio window.
This is an old apartment with very limited space. The construction they are doing is giving a new siding, faice lift to the apartment. It does nothing to fix its fundamental problem. Noisy staircase, limited narrow space(good luck on moving if you move in to 3rd floor), old carpet.
If you complain about the consturction, the relations manager will tell you that you have an option of moving out.
The kind of thing tenants have to go through for Trellis Square to make more money.
