The guy who gave us a tour of the apartment was the worst tour guide serice ever. He didn't volunteer any information, never cared to show us floorplans till we insisted on seeing some, didn't explain if there was addional parking, didn't say when the construction that was going on would end.

He was the worst tour guide ever, and we decided against this apt.
