The management are wierdly cold, and inpatient, even to new residents.
Let me put it this way, they seem not to know what is polite manner. I dont care them that much once I close my door. But, it is annoying. The lady is slightly better than the man there. Their boss seems to be nice.

I lived in avalon before. Compare the professional service, attitude to residents,
a big gap.

In fact I hope their management can see this post and do sth to it.
