Unless you have an unusual fondness for mold invading every room in your apt and your clothes, shoes and refrigerator seal, do not move in here! They had the siding replaced (but there is still moisture in the foundation), and the tenants had to withstand lots of construction hassel for a long time, but I think it was like putting a tiny bandaid on a major gunshot wound! This place is the worst place I have ever lived and I have lived in many apt buildings in my last 10 years of life. I now have sinus problems from breathing in the mold and am moving out as quickly as I can! BEWARE!!! For your own safety! When you have to scrub the wall behind your bed to get the mold off so you can go to sleep, it is pretty bad!!!!
