We lived here for a year, and liked the apartment quite a bit. It is nicely laid out with good insulation. We also had good experience with the management and the maintenance staff.

One down side of this place is that it is not very close to any major freeway. You do need to negotiate with quite a few signals before you can hit a highway.

We had a horrible experience when it came to lease renewal though. Our rent was increased "30%" .... yeah .... 30 p e r c e n t!! That is insane, to say the least. Just beware of these kinds of increases when you move in.
