I'm really surprised by some of the negative reviews here. I've been a current resident here since 2006. After selling my San Jose home, I wanted to take a break & minimize the headaches/stresses of home ownership. At the same time, I wanted to maintain my lifestyle without downgrading.

I have a 3rd level unit in the back of the property. It's so quiet, except for the small dog barking when the gardeners are around! I chose the newly remodeled unit with the granite countertops, carpet, and cabinets. A lot like my old home, but just a smaller version. The landscaping & facilities are well maintained and modern. And when I need a work order, they're on it within 24hrs!

I have rented out the clubhouse for birthday/swim parties in the summer. Gym is rarely busy. Parking garage is gated & safe. Brand named appliances. Ample outside parking stalls for my visitors. Management staff is professional, helpful, attentative, and very cheerful!

I do recommend this place if you're respectful, kind, and reasonable. Otherwise, I wouldn't want you as my neighbor!

Well, I guess the key is to be back of the property! Anyone can check the crime report with Sunnyvale PD We had over 18 breaking in this property to the apartments since Sept of 2008 and 23 thefts and vandalism of autos on this property! They are listed at 900 block of E. El Camino Real Sunnyvale! One other thing is management has this never ending construction and they have parked their container in the parking and now we are short of parking spaces! one would think that they could get raid of this mess by upgrading all the apartments and get it done with it... instead of doing one every other month when residents move out how but taking care of your royal residents that have been with you many years Prometheus Residents group!
