Well, there are 15 positive reviews of Tri Terrace by different people over the past year, and 3 negative reviews (posted in the same week) apparently by one person with a grudge. You decide which reviews to believe.

We?ve been here several months now and the difference from our prior Sunnyvale apartment, at least in some respects is like night and day.

Paul and Terri are great. The complex is spotless. Our neighbors are incredibly quiet. Location is wonderfully convenient yet surprisingly quiet (our previous apartment was off El Camino, a great place to live if you like hearing ambulance sirens 24/7 and airplane traffic from Moffett Field).

As far as complaints go, we really don?t have any. Terri (at least to us) has been very professional. Not friendly by any stretch but definitely business-like, which is just fine in our book. Paul on the other hand is very friendly, the kind of guy you can spend ten minutes talking to and feel like you?ve known all your life. The one time we needed maintenance he was here almost immediately and resolved the problem quickly.

Compare that to our previous complex, where the management didn?t care who they rented their apartments to, didn?t care there were sometimes 10 or more people living in a two-bedroom apartment, didn?t care about the constant noise from kids running around the place like it was some kind of public park. And on and on.

The bottom line is, we?re very glad we moved to Tri Terrace and would recommend it to anyone.
