I was really surprised to read a good review of this complex. I suspect it was an apartment manager. I have been living here for about one year and haven??t moved mostly because I am too busy with work and trying to avoid getting laid-off to risk taking time to move. If you are a busy person like me I don??t recommend moving here as you will get stuck wanting to move out very quickly. Here are my problems with the place:

*Old apartments, appliances old and in bad condition.

*Dirty when I moved in, carpet had numerous stains, wall was stained and not painted.

*Rude management. Now there are new managers who are rude and could care less about the residents.

*Lately we have been getting noisy neighbors, this was not a problem before but lately it has been.

*funny noise from upstairs floor.
*the bathroom roof leaks from upstairs.
*there are many residents play musical instrument such as piano and violin in evening. The noise can go from one building to another.

*the wall and floor are very thin, you can hear noise from your neighbors even though they turn the volume low.

this is my first time to rate this apartment, see the rate before you move in.
