Don't believe the compliments from Tri Terrace.
The manager is rude and lazy. She doesn't want to help the resident here.
If you ask her more than two questions, she will treat you impatience.
The air circulation is bad, and you can hear funny noises when you walk
on the second floor because the apartment is almost 50 years old. If you sign the lease,
you will feel regret. Believe me. it is true. this is my true experience. You do not need to see the good rate because they are all written by the apartment manager. DISGUSTING. If you see her you will know she is friendly or not. If they did not treat resident like that, no one will spend time to rate the negative reviews.
What I want to emphasize is that those compliments given by
other people are not true.
