If you think management practice is important, then DO NOT RENT from this place. The staff here are just plain rude, and if you complaint to their manager, you will find the manager is even worse!!! She will do nothing about it and gives your that expression of ?why the hell are you telling me this'!?.
I have lived in Sunnyvale for a long time and believe me, there are many good places with nice management team.
