I rent a place for 6 months when I move to Bay area. The management first assign me a parking space that wasn?t even there. Took a month for her to response to me. Charge me $250 from my deposit when I move out. Even though I already clean the apartment really well. She even came to me while I am cleaning and said, "What are you doing' You don?t have to clean it. No matter how clean it is, we still need to charge $200 for cleaning" Smile and laugh. A real rip off. I would watch out for all the property under the same management
