Overall our experience has been ok.
The building is old and falling apart. They try to maintain it by patching..but it needs to be torn down. We have had termites come out of our walls, apliances break, mildew on the ceiling, a very weird neighbor, lights fall down,you can hear every noise from your neighbors and the apartment was filthy when we moved in. They have always repaired the things that broke..it just was an inconvience. These are things that you have to accept if you are going to move into an old building. We like it here,the cost is low, but you have to think about what you are willing to put up with.
