My boyfriend has been living here for almost a year and I was living with him for half of the time. We both enjoy the complex, even if it isn't the most modern. They are undergoing some construction and landscaping changes right now that are looking pretty good. When there are problems, the manager and/or the repair guys are right on it. The property manager is very kind and very friendly and very helpful. The only problem we can really see is that some neighbors are very inconsiderate and will be outdoors very early or very late making very loud noise (ie. someone nailing holes into plastic buckets at 7 am on a Saturday).

The price is great and the apartment size is just right. No major complaints here at all!
