I did a search for "Tri-Terrace Apartments" before moving here and found many of the other reviews. The bad reviews made me leery, but I experienced no problems with the manager while looking at the place so I moved in.

I don't know who wrote the previous reviews, but I've had no problems with the management at all. The head manager Moe is very responsive to problems and comments and Christine the Assistant manager is also nice and professional. The management has been remodeling the complex now for a year or so and the improvements like new windows, paint, etc. are great. However, they plan to charge higher rent for new tenents when the renovations are complete.

The caveats are that while the new windows help, there is little or no insulation on the walls or roof. It is definately hot during the summer and you can't use an air conditioner. I've been fine with fans.If you're dumb enough (like the other reviewers) to rent a bottom story apartment where you can't leave the windows open and noise from people above you is a nusance, you should learn from your mistakes and move. I've heard of no security problems or car break-ins either.

I've had none of my neighbors complain about my noise and I've had no problems with neighbors. It is an old building, but they are improving it and they fix everything quickly. If you care about ugly wallpaper feel free to pay extra in rent.
