The tenant has to live in this apartment under the boss-ism of the resident manager. You cant voice your tenant right. If you do, you will get subsequent notices with constant policing of your tenancy for any tiny breach of terms.

I also noticed a bit of racism. Asians get more notices and threat of eviction.

Lose your dignity while renting here. Repent for signing a year-long lease. I am waiting for my lease term to lapse to get out of this ---- management.

Management reserves all rights. And this management will fully exercise it by all means. It is like driving with a cop watching you all the time waiting to issue you a ticket for any tiny violation you may do.

Tenants rent only the carpeted area excluding Patio. You can't use the patio for anything other than live plants.

This apartment address belong to Stocklmeir school. Rating for this school is excellent. It is a plus for this apartment. But the management is *NOT* kids friendly. Playing with ball, riding bikes is strictly prohibited within the property. You might be given notice when violating this.

Please read not only the rental agreement, lease contract, but also the so-called BLUE HANDBOOK. That is where all the fine prints about what you CANNOT DO while you live in this apartment.

Rent is cheap. This would attract lots of tenants easily. May be that is one of the reason for the management treating tenants the harsh way. Obey our strict rules or quit policy.

Every single enforcement would seem like work within tenants right, because all that YOU CANNOT DO is all listed in the blue book, mostly nobody reads it.

Management can literally harass you. Have you heard about EVICTION' This is the first place I got a notice, threat for eviction from the manager. Life is embarassingly pathetic to live here. Management make you feel 'Renting is shame', tenant is like a slave.
