Considering it is low income housing ($850-950 for one bedroom), it is not too bad. However, you get to live with bad temper, lying, unprofessional manager (yell at u when she is not in her mood; false information on parking before you move in (she told that there will be a cover parking assigned with my apartment, but I got a sunny uncovered parking with my skin being peeled off by my car seat due to the heat), crime, vandalism (apartment got broken in and valuable things [diamond ring, 26 high definition tv, cash] disappeared during the lease year), litter, noise, disorder, insects (mice, hand size spiders) and curry odor (from my neighbor)! These are unavoidable issues that Tri Terrance tenants face. If you can sustain these problems for a year, go for it!

You are totally correct. I too faced a lot of security related problems and the manager is a cheat. She must be fired from this place.

That makes two of us. I want to move somewhere close to there because of the neighborhood, but not if the above is true. Wow!! I guess I'll try to check out one of the other apartment complexes in the vicinity.
