This place is actually a nice place to live, the pool and rec-room are always clean and aviable to anyone who wants to use it, the managers actually call you when there is a problem and talk to you, not just go into your apartment and work without you home. I did have a problem when i moved in, i had my Uhaul truck in the driveway and moved it to let someone go by, and in doing so i hit the carport roof and damaged the structure, the managers werent too happy, but said its not that bad and wont take much to repair. After they said this I felt sooooo much better, thoughts were running thru my head of lawsuits etc... they pput my mind at ease and i lived there for about 6 months without another problem.
Then i lost my job, which really made my life a living hell. The one thing that helped a little was that the managers made arrangements with me to pay my rent in installments which i paid for using my un-employment checks. Just goes to show you that these people care, and dont want to see good people go.
