I had a problem when we had our last big storm, a leak appeared in the bathroom. I contacted the maintenance guy, he came over took a look and went on to the roof to see if he couuld find a crack. He couldnt so he called a roofing company to come by. In the meantime he cleaned up all the water in the bathroom, had the hallways cleaned b/c some water had gotten to them and repainted the bathroom so you couldnt see where the leak was. It was really nice to see them care enough to do all that, I was actually expecting them to just fix the leak from the roof and call it a day. The maintenance guy spent the whole day helping me out.

I am happy to know that if I have a problem in the future I can count on the management to help me.
