This was the worst place I've ever lived in!
Live here if you like cockroaches, and if you like the managements to ignore your problems with the place.
Yeah, they are nice and kind to you in your face, but they don't keep their promises and leave you to suffer. I don't know if it was just done to me. I'm glad to be outta here.
If you have problems with apts, you should get help at project sentinel (http://www.housing.org). I find their info useful.
