I lived in the Valencia Apartments for a little over six years. The decision to move was difficult because I really enjoyed living in this complex. It's a small complex and made me feel safe. If there were ever any issues they were always resolved quickly by the management team. A bonus for having on site managers. The complex was always well maintained, clean, and all facilities were working. ie, laundry room, pool, ect.
