Grounds are well kept; inside layout is nice in spite of age (30 yrs. old); second level's floor squeeks when someone moves and heater makes noise; bathroom and kitchen are outdated; management is slow in responding to maintenance requests; generally prefers to overlook problems; units are not well inspected for repairs and maintenance in between tenants.

We are currently living in the apartment complex and agree to this review. Because the apartment manager and the owner don't live in the same complex, they rather ignore the problems the current tenants have. Once you sign the lease, they will change their attitude towards tenants' complaints.
