I have lived at Villa Camino for the past 3 years. The apartments are great and definitely very affoardable. The management is responsive, however, slightly slow. The grounds are well maintained, and clean.
I would definitely recommend this complex for a single person, or someone with small children.
The only noise issue I experienced, was when I lived in the apartment with the bedrooms facing Snvl/Saratoga Road. Since moving to a quieter building... things have been great.

I guess things have changed since 2003. Residents leave their own stuff in the common ground area and laundry room for days. Some people have moved out recently. I wouldn't recommend this place if people are looking for a nice and clean environment.
