Ok.. the floors upstairs squeak when someone walks around. However, for being built in the 60's, you cannot ask for more. The manager is the best. The maintenance is the greatest!!! There is nothing slow at Villa Camino. My heater died and I had a BRAND NEW one the same day. When I first moved in the water pressure sucked..the repiped the WHOLE building within a month!! Problems are resolved quickly and fairly. The family environment is GREAT for kids and the Cupertino School District ain't bad to boot! The rent is just right for the area (unlike other apartments just across Sunnyvale/Saratoga - that means you Casa Alberta!!!!) If you want to live in a nicely kept, nicely managed, family friendly environment..look no further! This place Rocks!

I think whoever posted the review either owns the property or is the management. I did not even think of Casa Alberta is a choice. Thanks for telling us the other option, which might be a better choice.
