Management makes this place worse than it really is. Like the previous response we too believe Karen is totally out of line when dealing with tenants and people. Often her comments are rude, presumptious, and mabey even slightly racial. She truly is a B***H, and she knows it. I have tried to find any agency to report her too that has the authority to put her in her place. Maintanance is poor. We had a slew of problems when we first moved in and the maintanance person came to fix them and by the next week we had all the same problems. The washer/dryers that come with the apartments work very poorly. The grounds are poorly lit and the noise from the 2 streets that are next to the apartments are annoying. We didn't notice this until our first night sleeping there. So why did we move in??? It was fairly cheap comparted to other apartments. It was clean and in a good neighborhood and close to work. However, just out of spite because of the management I do not recomment this place in today's market. You can find better.
