this place is a total rip off..

rent is way too expensive for the space you get, management is horrible (outside lighting is always broken and non-functional) outside paint is chipping, not to mention i once almost killed myself when a chunk of the flooring on an outside stairwell punctured while walking to my apt.

it costs extra to have a washer and dryer in apt or you have to go a block away to the nearest laundrymat...

the design of the complex is so narrow in the halls outside u cannot bring your couch or mattress through to the second floor, you have to instead tie ropes around and pull it up to your balcony or and open area that can accommodate.

Lastly, there was a huge ant problem if you left crumbs on the counter for one day your kitchen would be infested with ants, they come in through cracks in the wall and its almost impossible to get rid of them.

my recomendation is DO NOT LIVE HERE.
