I lived at Ville Cerise from 7/2004 - 10/2004. My apartment was small, dark, and dank. Never rent an apartment that has carpeting in the bathroom area (unless you like the smell of mildew). I complained to the manager (Karen) about the smell the very week I moved in, but she claimed her maintainence guy found no evidence of mildew.

I also experienced the ant invasion that somebody else mentioned.

Worst of all, my apartment was broken into and some of my property was stolen (so much for being in a good area).

If you can afford to pay more, go somewhere else. This place is not worth the money.
