i read each and every review posted here on this site and it seems ppl have lots of problem with Karen ...... but i DONT .... shez a nice staightforward lady.
yes the maintenance is kindda poor ...as in usually fixed in a weeks time ....besides tht ths place a a gem ... convinently located and reasonably priced.
i recommended this place to many frnds and they also loved this place .
also i am an india but have experienced no racial bias of any sort. i wonder y people r so much against karen jenson ......

the latest update is Karen Jenson the manager has officially retired .... so we dont have a permanent resident manager but a visiting manager who does not respond to call... wai wai muang and an assistant manager pauline who comes by every thursday and a every hard to catch cozshe is not very punctual ...i miss karen:( ....she always responded to my maintenence requests...

the maintenance person is now a resident of Villa cerise so thts a gud thing ...hes a great help and a very reasonable person gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
