We moved into Villa Lometa in July and love it. The manager is incredibly nice and communicates very well. We haven't had any problems, but have heard if we do, we go right to him and he fixes it ASAP. When we moved in, we had a brand new oven and dishwasher as well. The complex is very peaceful and very quiet, which we love. Very reasonably priced and plenty of parking around the complex. Plus, the manager won't increase your rent for two years when you start renting, unlike most scammers out there. I definitely give it a high recommendation.
