Lived here, off and on, for about 12 years.
It is old, and when I moved in it was cheap. The traffic noise and aircraft are pretty bad, but the neighbors were good and the management was in flux, although never had any problems. I liked this place. The units were cramped (lived in three different units)but we made do. I guess it began to get very expensive in '99.
It's between a superfund site (Westinghouse) and a morturary.
