ISSUES ARE
1. PARKING SPCE LIKE HELL
2. NO ONSITE SERVICE MANAGEMENT., IF U HAVE ANY REPAIR ISSUE IT WILL GET FIXED AFTER TWO OR THREE DAYS AND ALL THE TIME SOME NEW PERSON COME IN AND SCARE YOU SOME TIME ALSO
3. NO PLAY PLCAE FOR KIDS
4. VERY OLD CONSTRUCTION AND ON SITE MANAGER DONT HAVE ANY AUTHORITY
5. SOME TIMES THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR REPAIRS
6. ELEMENTRY SCHOOL GOT CHANGED TO NIMITZ AND NOT VERY GOOD SCHOOL.
ITS WORHTH TO MOVE TO SOME OTHER APARTMENT.
