The management team / owners of this apartment complex do NOT know how to run it. Heck, they're on their second manager within the past month or so and are currently looking for another one (this will be Manager Number 3). I've lived here for a long time and have watched this complex fall into disarray. There are severe parking issues (one spot per townhouse), broken fences (it's been broken for over three weeks now), broken sprinklers (the one in front of my apartment has been broken for quite a few weeks), litter on the grounds, issues with garbage pickup, a refrigerator that exploded and severely damaged an apartment, and so on. Again, in my humble opinion the management team / owners of this apartment complex do NOT know how to run it. There are much better places to rent -- I'm looking for one right now since I'm sick & tired of the mismanagement of this place.
