When I look back at the time when we were house-hunting, it was so confusing. Our major constraint was the Cupertino School District. But either I, my wife or kids, would find some kind of fault in the apartment a we were gearing up for a huge compromise in what we expected. Then we came to Village Square and everyone loved it the minute we had the tour. It was clean, had great ambience, spacious patio (I love to grill), townhouse style layout (No noise from family living on top), ample storage space of the apartments are great value for money. Kids loved the idea of having McDonalds, KFC, Round Table Pizza and Taco Bell as neighbors. As for us, Pool & Jacuzzi, Safeway, Rite-Aid and Homestead Lanes were an immediate plus. Homestead High and Nimitz Elementary are just walking distance from here.

It would be unfair not mention Sally's efforts to make living here even better. She seems to put her heart into her work. Sally's approach to resolve resident's issues is professional yet friendly and extremely hospitable (Not forgetting that Sally is also a patient listener). The waste management, general maintenance and the service response time have immensely improved ever since she took over.

I would suggest everyone interested to rent in Cupertino School District to meet Her at Village Square before deciding on an apartment.

I agree with the convenient location and agree with Sally's efforts to improve certain aspects of Village Square. For example, responses to maintenance have been quicker than prior to her arrival. However, in my interactions with her, she is nice to you initially or shall I say on certain issues. As long as you own 1 car, you are fine living in Village Square. As long as you pay your rent by the 3rd of the month, you are a great tenant. God forbid direct deposit is a few hours delayed and rent posts on the 4th. Beware, you'll get a Pay or Quit notice right away regardless of the number of years you've paid your rent on time. She takes the attitude, you are guilty until proven innocent. I would say her style of management reflects her tenders years and lack of experience.

Well, I have been living here for over 3 yrs and things have improved. But not that things are perfect (It can never be anywhere), it would be great to let the manager know what can make our living at Village Square a better experience. I am sure they must be tracking this too. But i found your experience unfortunate.
