Old complex, old appliances, small storage area, poor quality of storage area, not secured, most of the time need wait for doing laundry. Some of the aparments have un-invited visitors - rats. Maintenance is poor (people are taken for granted). Arrogant management. Cleaning charges are deducted after you leave, even if the apartment was kept in good condition. Paths often don't have lights for weeks together. Patio area is big, doesn't help becuase of grass, only partial area is cemented, often would have ants. Not worth the rate. Those who stay, continue mainly because of their friends are here. Not recommended for new commers. Lot of noise due frequest plane take-off and landing (Moffet field).
