The apts are old, congested, lot of noise pollution due to Mathilda Ave, Central Expway. Too few laundry machines. No storage. Ants are another nuisance. Management is highhanded, arbitrary and whimsical. Only plus point for this apt is the location. If you think that home should be some place calm, peaceful and quiet, then this is not for you. If you can sleep thru traffic sounds, etc, then you maybe be ok. Another disadvantage is that these apts have no air conditioning. So, that is another pain considering that you cannot open the windows, etc due to noise. You will be ok if you dont mind living in an oven. All in all, I would not recommend these apts to anyone.
