Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2001
We have been living in this apt for about 3 years and moved out last month
Pros:
1.Good location
2.Nice community
3.Maintenance staff is very responsive
4.Gardens maintained well
Cons:
1.Walls are too thin
2.Not enough closet/storage space
3.Patios in most first-floor units are of no use since they are from the bedroom
4.Laundry machines are usually full during the weekend
5.When u move out , there is no consideration on how long you have been staying in the apartment. They charge you for complete cleaning of the apartment except paint even if you have been a long-term resident .
6.Rent is mainly for the location. You can get apt with better amenities for same rent elsewhere in Sunnyvale
