its a good aparment.
we stayed here for 1 yr and never had problems.
management is friendly and helpfull.
units near teh road sides r little noisy if windows are opened otherwise its great .
lots of greens and flowers around.
perfect for ppl who want sto make freinds.

only in summers one might need a/c in the 2nd floor. first floor is comfortable with just fans.
