Cons
-----
-Very Noisy - Mostly ------- living here, kids will be playing in the front of your house/door all the time. I think, mostly housewives living here and they let their kids go play anywhere...

-Poor living standards - Very LOW quality lifestyle. People will stare at you/ absltly NO privacy at all. Your neighbor will be knowing more about you & your family than your wife & your close friends do. Like said in previous reviews, all lights are off by 9pm/ I guess this is because people living in this apartment are not exposed to city life....so if you have lived in Big cities then surely, this place is not for you.

-Not a safe place, Not gated. I too have seen cops many times after 10pm. There were some robbery incidents lately. Also you can see homeless people in the parking lots.

Pros
-----
Good maintenance. Garden settings

Good management

They won't increase your rent just like that like the other apartments do.

Rates are really good and there are some paid utilities.

Near to Downtown and 101, worst part is that they have close the downtown entrance from hendy access now.

Overall
-------
Not recommended. There are better apartments near by where you can have a decent lifestyle with a lots of privacy and safety

If you do not wish to see kids playing you should not be living in a community. Mostly(ALL) ------ housewives living here are well educated having a minimum of 15 years of education and usually are a engineering graduate. You know that people stare at you only when you stare at people. So stop looking at people, probably they have the same thing to say about you. That you stare at people and they do not have privacy at all when you are around, and probably they stare at you because you stare at them(probably to check if they are staring at you). If you do not stare at people or inside people's home how do you know that people turn off their lights at 9 p.m and they are not used to city life. Probably you know more about them then their family or close friends. Also you should not speak so loud that "your neighbor will be knowing more about you & your family than your wife & your close friends do". Probably people here have lived the city part of their life and are now living the family part of their life or they do not wish ho have their children live the "City life" so the lights are off by 9 p.m.(!!??) Or most probably you are from a small town and wish to live the "City life" but others are from are a Big City and do not wish to live the "City life" anymore. As Jim Morrison of Doors sang "People are strange, when you are a stranger Faces look ugly, when you are alone Women seem wicked, when you are unwanted Streets are uneven, when you are down When you are strange Faces come out of the rain When you are strange No one remembers your name"
