I am an Engineer living in this apartment since last two years. I am about to buy a house. I was reading some of the reviews mentioned about this apartment, and I also thought of writing a review, and hey!...here's my version!!
About-People
Mostly -------/Chinese (highly qualified software engineers) living in this complex. Some Hispanic (highly qualified professionals) and a few Europeans. All well behaved and very decent & professional.
They're all from different cultures and you really can't say they're starring or not saying hello to you. Hey ...this is bayarea!
About-Maintenance
There are two buldings. Building 260 is too good. Superb Garden Settings, and you'll feel like you're in a real rose garden. You'll see roses and other flowers everywhere. An excellent maintenance.All You're problems will get resolved immediately.
About-Management
A Very good management and also easy going...I did not have any problems so far.
There are some paid utilities also. Decent Rates. No Issues Here. The Management Staff is very professional.
About-Complex
Not Gated.. Located near Sunnyvale Cal-train station (4 minutes walk) and the Downtown. You don't need a car as there are bus stations and other commuting facilities near by, also there are shopping centers/park..etc near by (5 minutes walk).
PROS/CONS highlights
PROS-
-You can see Only Well educated,professionals living in this complex.
-An Excellent Commuting facilities
-Complex itself is like a Rose Garden. You need not go to a Park
-An excellent maintenance and management
CONS-
-Not gated
-close to NASA (flight sound, sometimes)
-Sometimes Kids will be playing near the parking area. I think Management should restrict kids playing in the parking area as accidents can occur
Overall-
An excellent place if you're recently married or having kids or Family oriented.
This place is really quiet and calm like a Park w/ well educated people around...
Better than all the regular(non-luxury) apartments in Sunnyvale/Mountain view/Santa clara area.
