I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. The Management does not care about the tenants anymore and their answers are always rude.
Here are a few things you might want to check before signing the lease.
1. Please check the cars in the parking lot before you sign in a lease. All the cars would be greesy with Paint all over. This is from the paint leaking for the roof which was painted recently. When the tenants complained to the management, all the did was gave us a print that said something about moisture conditions and this would get fixed over time. When asked how long this would take ( 3 months/ 6 months), the managements answer was we dont know, you just need to clean you car for however long it takes.
2. The management decided to paint the huge parking lot in one shot to save some costs as it would cost them more to do it in phases. So all the tenants had to park atleast a mile away on what ever street parking they could find.
3. The rents on the apartment has been hiked by almost 30% for the new tenants(try and ask the previous tenant on how much he is currently paying and you will be surprised beyond belief on how much they are charging you. Even the existing tenants are not spared, everyone is getting notices above huge increase in rents.

I lived here for 2 years.
Bad Things First
Noise from aircraft taking off from NASA base
Management is more rude than it used to be
And your deposit is lost (guaranteed)
There are some rats and rodents roaming the downstair apartments.
Good Things
Nice Garden all over the apartment
Very nice location
Service Guy "Chris" needs to be recommended for all his good work
There is a nice swimming pool
Lots of kids and very kid friendly place
Overall I will recommend the place if you don't have a choice and if you are getting an upstairs apartment

I wrote this comments after my frustation level gone up. The apt management is rude to the tenants. Not sure how they can be so rude to their tenants even. After repainting the apt parking lot, paint keep leaking and my car look worst day goes on. There is no use having reserved cum covered parking in this case.
Next reg the apt rent one fine day you will get a notice from the management, your rent will be increased blah blah. I never ever heard increasing apt rent on bi-monthly basis. one good reason they found " depends on the market price", where nobody can question them. If you question them also, not even ready to hear you.
So I'm in a state now not to recommend this apt even to my friends, unless they can't find any good one.

I'm looking into suing Wildwood Manor. Today, my roommate and I were to check out of our apartment by midnight; I came to my apartment with a vacuum to clean up a little, only to find that the stuff left to be picked up by me today had been THROWN IN THE TRASH BY MANAGEMENT. She claimed that since my roommate turned in her set of keys that I lost my keys and they were to start working on renovation. We PAID FOR THE DAY. I had NOT turned in my keys yet, had until midnight to do so, and was told that no one would start on the apartment until tomorrow. The management yelled back at ME, saying that it was a misunderstanding, did not apologize, and showed no remorse whatsoever. I demanded her to go pick out my stuff out of the garbage, or whatever was salvageable. I lost some things. I fear that bank statements may have been thrown out...long story short they wrongly went about emptying my apartment. I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE; they did pave the parking lot, which ended up in my coming home from school at midnight walking 15 minutes in the dark to get back to the complex, due to the lack of parking. They also decided to tear out the lawn and laid fertilizer sit there for one month; the smell rose up to our second floor apartment, and it was DISGUSTING. Management made rude comments about rent, despite it being on time EVERY MONTH....
Find another apartment; my roommate and I did, and I promise you it will be MUCH BETTER THAN THIS CRAP HOLE
