This place was good while ago but lately, it has gone down from managment & maintenance prospective.

It's a worst apartment I had ever seen in US,I had a very bad experience with this apartment and it's management. For sure, the management don't care about tenants. They will never understand our problem they only need MONEYYYYY.... Sometime the management talk rashly to the tenants which i never seen in US after staying for last 3 years here and stayed in many places. You'll be forced not to keep everything in the patio/balcony and again because of cleaning, etc. I dont understand then why patio exists.

1). Please check the cars in the parking lot before you sign in a lease. All the cars would be greesy with Paint all over. This is from the paint leaking for the roof which was painted recently.

2). Please don't enter into the world of Bugs (Especially Bed bugs, cockroaches, spiders,lizards etc..).

3). They didn't even changed carpet when we entered newly into this apartment,even though it's very old carpet,'cozz of which we used to get carpet rashes and other skin problems.

With our frequent complaints they did bug spray for which we need to stay away from home for minimum 6-8 hrs and had 3 courses. we need to keep inside apartment very clean and open place, so they can spray easily. They charged around 360 bucks for doing bug spray, usually its management responsibility to keep their apartment clean and our responsibility is just to inform them

There are situations where tenants broke the agreement due to bugs problem, and management didn't charged them any fine so you can understand the issue.

I bought new items due to this bugs problem and spent $2500 for all my household items.

I strictly don't recommend this apartment as it will spoil your happiness. If you would like to move in here, sincere request to everyone before renting this apartment pls double check with neighbours and apartment reviews.
